Returns and Refunds

• No Returns Policy: Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Reporting Issues: For damages or incorrect products, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at inquiry@aerdnaeiram.com Include your order number and photos of the issue.
• Eligibility for Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 21 business days to the original payment method.
• Custom Products: Custom or personalized products are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Backorders

Items in our inventory move quickly, and occasionally, we are out of stock in certain items. It is our policy not to backorder merchandise. Just reorder when you place your next order. You will be charged shipping on reorders.

COD Refusal

It is extremely important that someone will be at the address to accept your package. If an order is refused or no one is there to accept it, you will be charged for shipping and a 30% restocking fee. No further orders will be shipped until your bill is cleared.

Product Variations and Compliance

Natural ingredients may cause slight inconsistencies in color, fragrance, or texture. We ensure all products meet quality and safety standards but recommend customers review ingredient lists for potential allergens. Products that include the option to add a fragrance are inspired by familiar scents, however they are not designed to be an exact replica.
