Return Policy

No Returns:
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or incorrect.

Reporting Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged:

• Notify us within 24 hours of receipt at inquiry@aerdnaeiram.com.
• Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are processed only for approved cases. Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 21 business days.

Custom Products:
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Restocking and Service Fees:

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved product returns.
• For refunds involving non-tangible services, a 20% service fee will be deducted.

Damaged Shipments:

• Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
• If external damage is visible, have the carrier note the issue and file a claim with the carrier. All shipments include insurance fthe company's protection.

Shipping Fees for Returns:
Customers are responsible for creating their return shipping label and providing tracking information. Returns without prior authorization or tracking will not be accepted.
