Return and Refund Policy
Product Returns
Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our clean beauty and personal care products:
- All sales are final.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing inquiry@aerdnaeiram.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue for verification.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 21 business days.
- Custom, private label, and personalized formulations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at inquiry@aerdnaeiram.com.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Approved refund requests will be credited within 21 business days.
Shipping Fees for Returns
If a return is authorized:
- Customers are responsible for creating their own return shipping label and providing tracking information.
- Unauthorized returns or those without tracking will not be accepted.
Service Fees & Refund Policy
All fees paid to AERDNA EIRAM Financial or AERDNA EIRAM including but not limited to:
business funding preparation, credit advisory, tradeline access, custom formulation, branding, private label development, and consulting are non-refundable.
By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following:
- Services are delivered as professional time, expertise, and access to proprietary resources, which are non-recoverable once initiated.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered, whether partially or fully delivered.
- Strategy sessions, document prep, lender outreach, formulation work, and other custom solutions are billed for time and deliverables not outcomes or guarantees.
- In rare instances of billing error or duplicate charge, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion if reported within 3 business days of the transaction.

Damaged Shipments
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- If exterior damage is visible, ask the carrier to document the issue before accepting the delivery.
- All shipments are insured. If your order is damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
- For concealed or internal damage, notify us within 24 hours at inquiry@aerdnaeiram.com with your order number and photos.
