These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, services, and products. By visiting, using, or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms in full. 1. Agreement and Acceptance

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you, the user or purchaser (“you” or “your”), and AERDNA EIRAM Financial and AERDNA EIRAM, divisions of Redefine Injection Concierges Inc., located at 5931 Greenville Avenue #1205, Dallas, Texas 75206.
 

By accessing our site or utilizing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Continued use of our site and services constitutes your ongoing agreement to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Consent for Communications

By providing your email or phone number, you give explicit consent for us, or our authorized partners, to contact you via email, text message, push notification, or phone regarding services and offers. This includes messages sent using automated technology, even if your number is on any federal or state “Do Not Call” registry. We will never request or send sensitive personal identification information by text, email, or phone.

3. Services Overview

AERDNA EIRAM Financial is a commercial mortgage and business capital brokerage platform that provides:

• Business Capital and Commercial, Multifamily, and Investment Property loans via an external network of over 1,000 lenders      
• Business Compliance services 
• Personal and business credit building and repair
• Authorized User Tradelines 
• Capital solutions for real estate investors and business owners 

Aerdna Eiram Financial structures, prices, processes, and prepares loan files for underwriting before brokering them to participating lenders. Our broad network of institutional, alternative, and private capital sources competes to fund these loans, helping clients secure the most competitive rates and terms available in today’s capital market. Our lending relationships include thousands of banks, credit unions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA lenders, SBA providers, life insurance companies, CMBS conduits, and private bridge and construction lenders. We do not offer consumer loans, residential owner-occupied financing, or personal lending services.

AERDNA EIRAM is a clean beauty cosmeceutical formulation and product development firm offering:

• Private label skincare, hair care, and body care formulations 
• B2B-only offerings, not intended for general consumer use 

4. Nature of Products

All products are handcrafted using natural and botanical ingredients. Variations in texture, scent, or appearance may occur and are considered normal. These do not impact the quality or effectiveness of the product.

5. Ordering, Payment, and Shipping

Ordering and Payment:

• All orders are subject to approval 
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice 
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods at checkout 

Shipping:

• Orders typically ship within 2 to 8 weeks depending on order type and volume 
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout 
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days 
• We currently only ship within the United States 
• No backorders are permitted 

COD Refusal: If an order is refused upon delivery or no one is available to accept it, you will be charged for shipping plus a 50% restocking fee. Future orders will be held until your balance is paid.

6. Returns and Refunds

Product Returns

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our clean beauty and personal care products:

• All sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing: inquiry@aerdnaeiram.com
• Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue for verification
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 21 business days to the original payment method
• Custom, private label, and personalized formulations are non-refundable under any circumstances

Service Fees and Refund Policy

All fees paid to AERDNA EIRAM Financial or AERDNA EIRAM Clean Beauty Consulting for services including but not limited to business funding preparation, credit advisory, tradeline access, custom formulation, branding, private label development, or consulting are non-refundable.

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All services are delivered as professional time, expertise, and/or access to proprietary resources, which are non-recoverable once initiated.
• No refunds will be issued for services rendered, whether partially or fully delivered
• Strategy sessions, document preparation, lender outreach, formulation work, or any custom business solutions are billed for time and deliverables, not outcomes or guarantees
• In rare cases of billing error or duplicate charge, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion and must be reported within 3 business days of the transaction

Please ensure you have read and understood the scope of work prior to booking or purchasing any service.

7. Product Consistency and Ingredient Notice

While we ensure the highest product standards, natural ingredients may affect consistency. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for potential allergens. Fragrance options are inspired by popular scents but are not exact duplicates.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, images, videos, designs, and logos are the property of AERDNA EIRAM Financial and AERDNA EIRAM. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Use of our site or services 
• Product misuse or allergic reactions 
• Inaccuracies in information or technical errors This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, specifically within the jurisdictions of Dallas, Texas or Houston, Texas, as determined at our discretion. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Dallas or Houston.
