AERDNA EIRAM Financial is a commercial mortgage and business capital brokerage platform that provides:

• Business Capital and Commercial, Multifamily, and Investment Property loans via an external network of over 1,000 lenders      
• Personal and business credit building and repair
• Authorized User Tradelines 
• Capital solutions for real estate investors and business owners 

Aerdna Eiram Financial structures, prices, processes, and prepares loan files for underwriting before brokering them to participating lenders. Our broad network of institutional, alternative, and private capital sources competes to fund these loans, helping clients secure the most competitive rates and terms available in today’s capital market. Our lending relationships include thousands of banks, credit unions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA lenders, SBA providers, life insurance companies, CMBS conduits, and private bridge and construction lenders. We do not offer consumer loans, residential owner-occupied financing, or personal lending services.

4. Service Fees and Refund Policy

All fees paid to AERDNA EIRAM Financial or AERDNA EIRAM for services including but not limited to business funding preparation, credit advisory, tradeline access, or consulting are non-refundable.

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All services are delivered as professional time, expertise, and/or access to proprietary resources, which are non-recoverable once initiated.
• No refunds will be issued for services rendered, whether partially or fully delivered
• Strategy sessions, document preparation, lender outreach, formulation work, or any custom business solutions are billed for time and deliverables, not outcomes or guarantees
• In rare cases of billing error or duplicate charge, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion and must be reported within 3 business days of the transaction

5. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, images, videos, designs, and logos are the property of AERDNA EIRAM Financial and AERDNA EIRAM. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
