We do not act as a direct lender, do not extend credit, and do not make credit or underwriting decisions. All loan programs, rates, terms, conditions, fees, approval timelines, and funding decisions are determined solely by the participating lender and are subject to change.
Our lender network includes, but is not limited to, U.S. based banks, credit unions, government sponsored enterprise programs such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA and SBA lenders, life insurance companies, CMBS conduits, and private and alternative capital providers. Participation by any lender is not guaranteed.
AERDNA EIRAM Financial does not offer consumer loans, personal lending services, or residential owner occupied mortgage financing. All services are intended exclusively for business entities, commercial real estate investors, and non consumer transactions.
